Shalini from the start was very professional and quick to answer any questions or queries regarding her sessions.
Shalini provided a very relaxed atmosphere for a newborn photo shoot with particular attention to detail to help destress tired parents such as; refreshments at hand, nappy changing facilities available and comfortable couch for feeds
And toddler entertaining.
Shalini was very patient with newborn alert times and also was quick to gain rapport with my 3 year old with special treats at hand. This made the whole experience so peaceful and enjoyable for all and beautiful family photos.
I would highly recommend bright stars photography to all newborn parents or young families - shalini is lovely to work with and very humble in her pricing for her time and effort she clearly puts in.

We took our 1 month old, William, to get some lasting memories from Bright Stars Photography. Shalini was a pleasure to deal with on all levels. Shalini showed so much patience and understanding with regards to the photo shoot. Nothing was too difficult and she always made sure the baby and ourselves we comfortable. Shalini is extremely organised and this gave us the opportunity to create a range of pictures which will forever be lasting memories of these precious moments with our newborn baby. I can highly recommend Shalini to conduct your new born and family portraits as she has an expertise in photography combined with a caring and compassionate nature which creates an atmosphere to create the magical moments. We did a new born session for our little one week old baby girl Ellie with Shalini a few weeks ago. And it was absolutely amazing. Shalini was very patient and professional. She always made sure that Ellie felt comfortable and warm. My little one wasn't settled and cried a lot, so we had to spend lot of time to feed her and calm her down. And she also cried after a few minutes we put her down. Shalini was so nice that she didn't push us or complain, but always smiled and told us to take time to make sure Ellie feel comfortable. It ended up taking us much longer time than what we expected for the session. And of course Shalini was still so happy with smiley face. She tried different backgrounds and accessories to get the best shoots, as again because Ellie was not an easy baby to deal with. We are so happy with the photos catching beautiful moments of our little princess. Shalini did a really amazing job and we highly recommend her service.

I had the pleasure of taking my newborn baby boy for some newborn photos with Bright Stars Photography. I chose to go to Shalini’s home studio at her house, which was a warm and inviting environment to be in. She was so welcoming and professional, and so patient with my little boy (who was quite a wriggler!) Shalini took some beautiful photos and was so lovely every step of the way. I would highly recommend getting photos here, and I will be looking forward to coming back for more photos when my little monkey is a bit bigger!
